Chief Executive Officer CPA MAICD
Eric commenced his role as CEO of QPR Premium Funding in 2015. He has successfully transitioned the business from its core focus on servicing the Swann Insurance consumer portfolio, to becoming a fast-growing national commercial insurance premium funder.
This involved expanding the QPR broker network into the Eastern states of Australia in early 2022, by employing experienced premium funding staff in each state.
The growth in changing the business model also meant a significant need of funding. Eric has successfully negotiated additional banking requirements with relationships with the bank during this funding growth stage for the business.
QPR Premium Funding is now positioned to continue its significant growth in the Australian broker market funding space.
Prior to QPR, Eric has had significant management experience (CEO & Director roles) in large private & listed companies, operating in a diverse range of industry sectors including telecommunications, transport, engineering & construction, automotive & finance.
Eric has managed companies during significant growth phases & achieved significant increases to enterprise values & shareholder returns.

Operations Manager
With over two decades of expertise in customer service and operations management, Jamie possesses a wealth of experience.
Demonstrating exceptional leadership, Jamie has successfully constructed and overseen award-winning, customer-focused teams in both Local Government and the Private Sector.
Throughout his career, Jamie has taken charge of various projects, showcasing notable achievements such as the re-engineering of customer service functions and the establishment of a contact centre for a prominent metropolitan Perth Local Government. These endeavours underscore Jamie's commitment to innovation and efficiency.
In the dynamic realm of customer service, Jamie's primary goal is to deliver operational excellence and the utmost level of customer satisfaction to our broker network and clients. Drawing on a diverse skill set honed over years of hands-on experience, Jamie continues to be a driving force in elevating service standards and optimizing operational processes.

State Manager - New South Wales, South Australia & ACT ANZIIF (Aff) CIP
National Business Relationship ManagerPart of the founding team at Macquarie Premium Funding (Now IQumulate). He was actively involved in evolving the Macquarie business from startup in 2004, becoming one of the largest funders in the market at $1.66B in 2014, when he departed after the successful integration of the Pacific Premium Funding (GE Finance) portfolio.
Brett joined Premium Funding Pty Ltd (now Arteva Funding) in 2014 and was instrumental in the business evolving and scaling to become a national premium funder. This included the development of the Background Funding software product which was held exclusively by Premium Funding Pty Ltd for 18month period.
Brett built long term relationships with brokers across the NSW/ACT region.

Michael has 25 years experience in Premium Funding corporate sales and management.
Prior to this, he had underwriting experience, and then moved to a critical marketing position in the initial rollout of the first generation Winbeat broking software. He understands the challenges and complexities arising from an evolving insurance intermediary market.
His insurance product knowledge and his solution driven approach, enables him to connect to insurance intermediaries at a professional and personal level.
Moreover, he is committed to securing strong business partnerships, deliver industry best service, design customer focused funding solutions, and help improve broker operational efficiencies through evolving technologies.

Jane brings a wealth of experience to her role as Senior Finance Officer at QPR, having joined the team in March 2017. With two decades of experience in the Public and Corporate Insurance field, she began her career as a New Business Administrator and later became Section Leader at JLT Group.
Over the past 18 years, Jane has transitioned into the accounts, administration, and customer service sectors, where she has honed her ability to understand and meet customer needs. Her approach involves actively listening to clients to address their concerns and providing tailored service solutions promptly and effectively.

Senior Finance Officer
Heidi began her career in banking and finance in 1996, joining QPR in 2000 as an Admin officer. In this role, she processed and approved loans while delivering exceptional customer service.
Her dedication and close collaboration with management led her to being promoted to Operations Manager. After taking time off to start a family, Heidi has returned to QPR in a Senior Finance officer role, where she focuses on loan processing and supports staff with various administrative tasks.

Remembering Tony Harris
It is with great sadness that we remember our colleague, friend and much-loved member of the QPR family, Tony Harris.
Tony was an insurance industry veteran of more than 40 years, with a career that saw him work across some of the industry’s most respected organisations, including QBE, CGU, Allianz, Premium Funding Pty Ltd, Arteva, and QPR Premium Funding among many others. Throughout those four decades, Tony built something far more valuable than a career. He built lasting relationships, earned the trust and respect of those around him, and left an impression on countless people across the insurance community.
For those of us at QPR who had the privilege of working alongside Tony, he was so much more than a highly experienced insurance professional. He was a trusted confidant, a generous mentor, a valued colleague and a genuine friend. Tony had a remarkable ability to share his knowledge without ever making you feel like you were being taught. His guidance was always thoughtful, his perspective valued, and his quick wit could lighten even the busiest day.
His kindness, experience and generosity of spirit will be deeply missed by everyone at QPR.
Our thoughts are with Tony’s wife, children, grandchildren and extended family, and with the many friends and colleagues who had the privilege of knowing him throughout his life. Tony’s contribution to our industry and, more importantly, to the people within it will not be forgotten. Thank you for the knowledge, the friendship, the guidance, and the laughs.
