    Eric commenced his role as CEO of QPR Premium Funding in 2015. He has successfully transitioned the business from its core focus on servicing the Swann Insurance consumer portfolio, to becoming a fast-growing national commercial insurance premium funder.

    This involved expanding the QPR broker network into the Eastern states of Australia in early 2022, by employing experienced premium funding staff in each state.

    The growth in changing the business model also meant a significant need of funding. Eric has successfully negotiated additional banking requirements with relationships with the bank during this funding growth stage for the business.

    QPR Premium Funding is now positioned to continue its significant growth in the Australian broker market funding space.

    Prior to QPR, Eric has had significant management experience (CEO & Director roles) in large private & listed companies, operating in a diverse range of industry sectors including telecommunications, transport, engineering & construction, automotive & finance.

    Eric has managed companies during significant growth phases & achieved significant increases to enterprise values & shareholder returns.

    Throughout his career, Jamie has taken charge of various projects, showcasing notable achievements such as the re-engineering of customer service functions and the establishment of a contact centre for a prominent metropolitan Perth Local Government. These endeavours underscore Jamie's commitment to innovation and efficiency.

    National Business Relationship Manager

    Part of the founding team at Macquarie Premium Funding (Now IQumulate). He was actively involved in evolving the Macquarie business from startup in 2004, becoming one of the largest funders in the market at $1.66B in 2014, when he departed after the successful integration of the Pacific Premium Funding (GE Finance) portfolio.

    Brett joined Premium Funding Pty Ltd (now Arteva Funding) in 2014 and was instrumental in the business evolving and scaling to become a national premium funder. This included the development of the Background Funding software product which was held exclusively by Premium Funding Pty Ltd for 18month period.

    Brett built long term relationships with brokers across the NSW/ACT region.

    Prior to this, he had underwriting experience, and then moved to a critical marketing position in the initial rollout of the first generation Winbeat broking software. He understands the challenges and complexities arising from an evolving insurance intermediary market.

    His insurance product knowledge and his solution driven approach, enables him to connect to insurance intermediaries at a professional and personal level.
